Tanzania is a nation rich in culture and spiritual openness, yet many families face poverty, hardship, and limited access to education—especially in rural communities. Nearly half the population is under the age of 15, and many children grow up carrying heavy responsibilities from a young age. In some areas, people living with disabilities or visual impairments also experience isolation and fear. Despite these challenges, there is a growing hunger for God’s Word and the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Bible League is partnering with local churches across Tanzania to run Project Philip Bible studies, children’s Bible groups, Church Planter Training, and the distribution of Bibles and audio Bibles. Through local believers faithfully sharing Scripture in villages, schools, and churches, children, families, and entire communities are discovering the life-changing hope of God’s Word.
