LOCAL MINISTRY IN NEW ZEALAND

What is New Zealand Ministry?

partnering with churches, chaplains, and community ministries so people can engage with God’s Word in ways they understand, right where they live.

What does it include?

Prison ministry — In partnership with prison chaplains and volunteers, we provide Bibles and practical studies for men and women inside New Zealand correctional facilities, including the Easy-to-Read (ERV) Prison Bible with 52 guided lessons.

Bible-based Literacy (NZ) — Pastors and volunteers are being equipped as facilitators so local churches can run literacy classes that teach reading and writing while introducing people to God’s Word.

How Local Ministry works

Listen & partner — We collaborate with local leaders to understand real needs in churches, prisons, and communities.

Provide the right resources — From ERV Bibles to study guides and literacy tools, we match resources to context.

Equip everyday believers — Training and simple studies help ordinary Christians lead others into God’s Word.

Connect & follow up — Participants are encouraged into local church life and ongoing discipleship.
